An interactive and exciting day out for all the family

Children aged 4 and over

Join us for a fun filled day out at George Street Chapel!

A unique building full of history and tales of the past – hidden in the hustle and bustle of Oldham’s town centre.

Children will get a chance to take part in a carousel of fun and         interactive activities:

• Step into the shoes of a historical detective
• Paint on an easel like the artists of yesteryear
• Create their own peg people
• Become a true chapel hunter in a quest to find hidden treasure

You also get to travel back in time and help Martha mangle her washing and see how Mary Hall and her large family lived in our damp and draughty cellar dwellings.

Even the adults will be kept enthralled as our story tellers take you on an atmospheric journey through our historic chapel.

A chance to share stories and enjoy a memorable day out with the whole family.
